Good for the price
The hotel is budget-friendly at just $58 and conveniently located a short walk to the historic district. While the room was clean, it can be quite noisy due to nearby traffic and a rooftop bar. If you're not sensitive to sound, this place offers a decent stay for the price.

Would recommend for a budget stay
Comfortable beds, clean room with a decent shower, while the convenient location provided easy access to exploring the city, and the 24-hour reception was helpful for arranging our late-night taxi.
Nothing.

The rooftop hot tub was amazing, just wish we could've used it without a bottle purchase. Clean room & comfy beds helped offset the noise from the bar below. Overall, it was a decent stay. 🛁

The rooftop bar was a great place to unwind after a day exploring nearby museums and the beautiful gardens. Just remember, the noise can be a bit intense, so come prepared if you want to hit the town.
Unfortunately, the noise from the rooftop bar was pretty disruptive at night, making it hard to get rest after a long day.

Central location but noisy nights
We stayed for a night and the location was great, just a short walk to the center. Unfortunately, we couldn't catch any z's because it was super loud outside—total traffic chaos all night long. The free wifi was fast, and the staff was friendly, but our room had some noise issues and that really messed with our sleep.

The hotel's central location makes it convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the noise levels were quite disruptive, especially from the street and rooftop bar, making it hard to sleep. The cleanliness was acceptable, but some furnishings felt outdated.

The food scene near Hi Hotel Impala is absolutely delicious! Hit up Brewer Gastro Pub for some local brews and grub that'll have your taste buds dancing. Plus, the hotel room was clean and the beds were decently comfy, ready to welcome you after a foodie adventure!
The noise level was also high with no parking available, as cars were left out on the street, which made me a bit uneasy.

I enjoyed the location of Hi Hotel Impala in Queretaro. It's easy to get around and explore the area. The room was clean, with comfortable beds that made settling in nice. However, the experience was marred by significant noise. The bar below and the rooftop played very loud music, making it impossible to sleep even with the windows closed. Additionally, the window in my room didn’t fully block out light or sound, which added to the discomfort. The staff was polite but couldn't address the noise issue effectively, which was disappointing.

rooftop terrace bar, clean room, location near historic district
Noise from the rooftop bar and street made sleeping difficult!!! Windows didn't effectively block light or sound!!! No dedicated parking created an uneasy feeling with vehicles left on the street!!!

The front desk efficiently arranged a 3AM taxi, which arrived on time, making early travel easy. The room was clean with reasonably comfortable beds, but despite being rated a 4-star establishment in Mexico, it feels more like 2.5 stars in the USA. Unfortunately, the location was problematic with noise from nearby busy roads, and not much was offered in terms of facilities as the bar was closed for renovations.
